School Administration software is only as good as it is secure. Security means peace of mind. FRIDAY-SIS' security is the most advanced in the industry. The scope and security of FRIDAY-SIS belies its simplicity. From a simple uiser name and password identification to the "Gold Standard" two-factor authentication system FRIDAY has the level of security that each user needs.

With the "Gold Standard" two-factor authentication system, each user has a token that receives a new 6-digit password every 60 seconds. A combination of a username and this ever changing password is needed to access FRIDAY-SIS. There is no need to worry about stolen passwords, no need to keep a log of everyone’s password. The server will only access the system with the correct username and the correct, time-dependent password. Different levels of access can be granted for faculty and staff as needed. Your students’ sensitive and confidential information will be kept safe.

  • Realtime IT houses it’s servers in a totally secure environment.
  • FRIDAY utilizes a time dependent password combined with a PIN or username that is “hacker proof”. Random, time dependent passwords are generated every 60 seconds and are transmitted to the user’s “authenticator.” These time dependent passwords must be used within the 60 second window and in combination with the user’s unique PIN or username.
  • Many of FRIDAY’s functions, such as attendance and grading, are time dependent. This final layer of security ensures that grades and attendance cannot be altered by unauthorized personnel or at unauthorized time.
