The
Food Services module of FRIDAY-SIS allows you to
construct and publish menus, administer Federal programs,
track students food allergies, track the nutritional
information of the students meals and more. Additionally,
the Food Service module creates individual accounts so parents
can pay, by credit card, over the internet. As students
use their, bar coded, ID card to purchase their meals, information
is sent to the database. Content, nutritional and billing
information is available to parents via the Parent Portal.
Mandated Federal reports are generated. Warnings are generated
for any student buying an item that might trigger a known
food allergy
