Realtime CEO, Lawrence Ullman, a former school administrator, began the development of student information management software in 1989, as founder and partner in Megletti/Ullman. Megletti/Ullman supported over 50 NJ school districts with business and student management software, and consulting services utilizing an IBM midrange computer platform. In response to the promise and opportunities that new technologies offered, Lawrence Ullman founded Realtime in 2001.

The company is comprised of professionals with a wide range of technical, business and school administrative experience and expertise. Realtime is comprised of former board of education staff and administrators, a Certified Pubic Accountant, highly specialized interface and report programmers, system developers and training personnel. Together they provide client districts with exceptional customer support, system development, and training.
