The NCAA (like the UN) is out of control

Asinine:

"It seemed like an innocent gesture after Washington's basketball game with Arizona State on Sunday when former UW football player Terry Johnson gave one of his Chicago Bears jerseys to Nate Robinson, apparently as a reward for Robinson having been the leading scorer in the game.

But it may also have been an NCAA violation, UW athletic director Todd Turner said yesterday."
